Fixit Technology started because we were frustrated with the same thing our customers were — IT support that was slow, confusing, and impersonal. Too many businesses and home users were being left in the dark by technicians who spoke in acronyms and charged for things they didn't explain.
We set out to do it differently. From day one, our focus has been on clear communication, fast response times, and treating every customer like a neighbour — because in most cases, we are.
